If your package appears to have been tampered with, please send a picture of your mangled packaging/cards/whatnot to support@massdrop.com. We'll file the relevant insurance claims and get missing/damaged product shipped out accordingly. Also we'll look for commonalities to try to determine what's happening to our packages.
