You should have received a converter with your pen, I'm sorry that you didn't and will flag this issue for Customer Support. If we have one at the warehouse we can ship it this week, if not there may be a delay as we'll have to ask the vendor for help to resolve the issue.
You can expect an email with more info and/or tracking info for the converter shipment.
I spoke with the folks at Yafa and they will mail your converter directly.
Please let me know if you don't receive the replacement within two weeks.
