Can these be used in normal play (1 vs 1) instead of multi-play (3-4 vs 3-4)?

swischezeYes, the Conspiracy cards can be used just like normal MTG cards. The text on the cards just allows for more interesting multiplayer formats than normal MTG sets.
Note that I believe since Conspiracy is a special set, the cards are only legal in Legacy and Vintage formats, so you won't be able to add these to a Standard or Modern deck, but they should be fine in Legacy, Vintage, Commander, etc.

CompSciJediI'm just planning on playing with friends, so I don't think I mind whether they're legal or not :)
I should also mention I'm a total noob, so i'm not really sure what different types of decks there are...
