We wanted to address reports from a few members regarding tight fitment of the Summer Drink artisans on MX switches.
We’ve tested all 6 colorways and agree that the stems are a tight fit. However, by carefully pressing down with firm pressure, we were able to get the caps to fit tightly and flush on the switches. Once mounted, the cap does return and is able to be pressed up and down, as expected.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your keycaps, you’re welcome to return them. Just reach out to our Community Support team via your Transactions page (drop.com/transactions) to request a return label.
looks like some people got shipping notifications on Dec 13. I have not received one yet. Anyone else? I'm cool still waiting, just wanted to know if it's just me... HA
If this product does not ship out on the 4th of December how do I get my money bad. This is my fist purchase using drop and this has left a nasty taste in my mouth. How are some people getting update emails? I have not gotten one. This was supposed to come out in September.
RemomonkyHa, came here wondering the same thing on delivery. I've ordered quite a few things in the past. In my experience, the shipping dates are somewhat optimistic. Especially this past year, I think every single one of my orders have been delayed. Very understandable considering what's happening. Not sure what country you're in, so things might not be as apparent. I don't know the vendor, so not sure what is happening in their country that may impact delays.
I think you always have the option to cancel your order in the Transactions tab.
That being said, I've usually seen a sticky post from DROP describing what the delay is. I have not seen this communication for this order. Down below, I even tried to reach out to someone, but got zero response (probably the wrong person for me to contact).
@Kevin would you be able to help us out? I've seen great communication from you in the past. This order was scheduled for September, then we received a generic delay email till Nov 20, then another generic delay email till Dec 4. Have not received any communication as of yet. I am personally okay on delays and do not want to offend. Hoping you can provide some insight because on the surface this order seems to be forgotten (could just be me making a judgement based on the generic emails previously received for this order). Thanks so much!
I've purposely passed up buying this same keycap elsewhere because I had already got in on this drop. If this drop has been abandoned, can someone reach out? I'm not trying to end up with doubles if it actually ever ships.
