Hello Everyone. This is Louis L. from CM. Here at CM, we have been in discussion with the lovely people at Massdrop and both parties feel as frustrated as everyone regarding this port congestion. No one have anticipated that this congestion would end up delaying our shipments for this long. We originally knew that there would be a minor delay (perhaps 1 or 2 weeks MAX.), but we never thought it would end up this hectic.
This congestion even had our President of the United States get involved in discussions with the Union, in charge of the Labor at the Port. This is how serious this issue has become.
We all understand and also do feel the frustration of everyone who is anxiously waiting for these keyboards. We appreciate your patience and please understand that we are all in this together.
Our Logistics Dept. continuously are in talks with the Freight Forwarder company, trying to meet and to make sure all you folks will be able to get these long-awaited keyboards this month. We apologize on behalf of CM on being unable to be "firm" on the dates, as we are also getting a rollercoaster of dates.
We thank you for your patience and CM promises to keep an open communication with everyone here at the MD Community.
