Good news is that it appears that all of the domestic brown bags were shipped last Friday, and delivered to your addresses today.<br /><br />Bad news, is that we just got an email from Copper River saying that they shipped the wrong size bags. Every single bag made and shipped was a 14" instead of a 15". We're getting return postage labels made right now, and we'll email them to you in the next day or two. You'll need to ship the bag back to Copper River, and they'll send you a 15" Brown.<br /><br />The 15" Black are still being produced in a timely manner and will be sent out on Friday Aug 30th.<br /><br />CRB sends their sincere apologies about the mix up, and will do everything to get you the bag you ordered.

Heaven@Heaven <br /><br />Nope, @CopperRiverBagCo will be generating return shipping label for everyone. You will just need to stick it on the package, and hand it to your friendly neighbourhood mailman.<br /><br />Sorry about the inconvenience this mix up might have caused.

nelson@nelson <br />when are we getting the shipping labels? The bag is pretty nice, and I'm eager to get one that will actually fit my laptop, since that was the point of this whole exercise. It seems like every step of this operation has had some mistake or delay. At the very least, I wish they would expedite shipping of the correct bags once they get our returns.
