Since now I don't have anything to show for what I paid - not even the incorrect merchandise I had until today - I would like either the correct bag or a refund of what I paid. If I don't receive one or the other, or a very persuasive explanation why not, within a week, I will ask my credit card company for a chargeback.
jeremycWe're actively trying to get a hold of Copper River Bags to get updates on the situation, we're about as in dark as you are. That being said, despite the messiness of the situation we remain confident that CRB will come through with your bags, albeit in a delayed fashion given the mistaken shipment.<br /><br />At the end of the day, all transactions that occur on Massdrop are guaranteed by Massdrop. That means we're the ones left "holding the bag" (bad joke) if things go wrong.<br /><br />In other words, you don't need to ever issue a chargeback, if Copper River doesn't deliver the correct bag to you, we will refund you - no questions asked.
jeremycMassdrop stands behind its testimony to make sure you remain satisfied. Please don't ruin its reputation by initiating chargebacks. I'm sure if you ask Nelson he will issue a refund if you are not 100% satisfied. This seems to be more of an issue with CR than with Massdrop.
Mark@Mark <br /><br />Thanks, I will sit tight and see what happens. This went through some time ago, and I know I'm not the only one getting impatient. I have never had to issue a chargeback before, and I'm glad I won't have to in this case, but this is really poor handling of the situation on Copper River's part, and I am sorry you've been stuck in the middle. I hope the bag comes through in the end, but I am glad you are standing behind your service and willing to offer a refund if it doesn't.
