Has anyone received replacement bags? Really starting to regret this purchase. Massdrop says they new ones are shipped but Copper River says they are still trying to get return labels sent. Does anyone have reliable information? Time for a refund?

arueschhoff@arueschhoff <br /><br />To be fair, Massdrop says they were told the bags were shipped. Copper River seems to have been unresponsive about their mistake and steps they've been taking to correct it, and they certainly haven't posted anything publicly. But no, I haven't received a replacement bag, and depending on how they supposedly sent them, there were either four or five business days for them to get to their destination. I also regret this purchase, because so far I've seen nothing but a complete failure on all levels from Copper River.
