Hi Everyone,
After reading through your comments I wanted to ensure all of you that the leather used to craft your bags is grade A leather. We use a stone oiled leather and so some hides may have a little extra oil left on them. You can get any excess oil off by washing the bag with palmolive soap. Please allow the bag to dry completely. As for the discoloration on the edges of the bag I want to ensure you that the bags are not made with cheap leather as has been expressed in some of the comments below.
--- Corey, We would love to place the zipper on your bag, please return the bag to us and we will customize your bag with the zipper as requested. We apologize for not including this initially. Our 100 year warranty stands. There is no need to replace the bag yourself.

My issue is that I've contacted you guys via email several times, Facebook AND telephone and have gotten zero help. The woman I spoke to on the phone (Katherine I think) promised to send me a pre-paid shipping label via email but it never arrived. I'm not going to pay to send it back to you and honestly I don't want to send it back at all anymore, pre-paid or not. I'm just not confident that it won't get stuck in a blackhole for several weeks just for a zipper and have me without it which would be a huge inconvenience as I've tossed the bag it replaced.
If you're willing to contract the work out to a local shop, I'll rescind my Paypal dispute and go with that option, otherwise I just want my money back so I can get this off of my plate. To be honest, the horrible customer service bothered me more than the bag arriving without the zipper or the $40 that has disappeared into a black hole. I'm open to how you can save this relationship but it's going to take a bit of effort on your part.
