Awesome game. 10 players is an overkill, but 4-6 (or 7) seems reasonable. Good in almost any company - beginners and hardcore gamers alike.

GreywindJust to echo what @Greywind and @Skuloth said above: 10 is overkill (too much downtime when eliminated or, God forbid, most players are new) but 4-7 is so much fun.
And the needed card sleeves are the 65x100mm sleeves. I suggest the Ultra Pros cause MayDay sleeves have too much variance with each pack. http://amazon.com/gp/product/B005CM80X0/
