We just touched base with our vendor, and there's been a delay on their Craftsman shipment. Craftsman is currently in the process of moving warehouses, so lead times have been longer than expected. Right now, they are scheduled to ship out to our vendor this Friday, 4/8. That means our order will arrive at our warehouse towards the end of next week. This shipping schedule has been relayed to our warehouse team, and they will be standing by to ensure that your individual orders are turned around as quickly as possible.
We understand that the additional wait time is undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for your order and want to have it cancelled, please reach out via the "Contact Support" button in your transactions page.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 4/12 or sooner if something comes up.
