I went down a long hole trying to find what a uniform cuff is outside the context of this company and while the term exists it only references embroidered cuffs on military and postal uniforms these seem to be purely for astetics and are bracelets but I guess that isn’t manly enough to call them that lol
ElSpacebanditoIt's just marketing. Many men are horribly insecure and over compensate by avoiding anything they think is too feminine, like bracelets/jewelry. But these same men will buy anything with manly sounding buzz words. Tactical has been so overused that marketers are looking for new words that sounds extra masculine. Uniforms are used by the military! Cuffs are used by the police! Boom double manly.
I had the same idea. Like maybe these worked as weights or clasps to keep cuffs from riding up somehow.
I guess sometimes the obvious answer is the right one, even if it's stupid.
