I've been on the fence, never had a DAC or AMP, have been looking a Fiio E17k. Will be using it for increasing volume and quality with a Windows 8.1 (soon WIN10) laptop, wired gaming FUNC HS-260 headphones (32ohm), and possibly portable-wise with BT headphones via Windows 8 Phone. Is this the best current portable, feature rich, DAC/AMP for the price. Any input regarding use with listed devices welcome and appreciated.

KontrolEnthusiastYour hp are easy to drive so unless you have an issue with your computer's output like noise/hiss/static then you probably won't hear any increase in SQ.
