Im wanting to use this with my PS4, how well would work with the E5 and Sennheiser game zero headset?

It's fine, you plug the headphones->E5 headphone jack, and the E5 Micro USB port into the PS4.

Should work just fine as long as the headphone cable and mic cable are separated.
