This is an excellent under monitor speaker don't think twice just buy it. But I have one issue this is my second day having it and when I play games or listening to music out of nowhere the sound quality get muffled but this gets fixed buy turning off then turning it back on again. Is this a hardware problem or a software problem? Do I have a unit that's not working properly? Are you guys going to release an update soon or what? Please Respond.

DigitalRonynHi, I bought my sound blaster x Katana recently and has similar issue.
I was playing my music at volume 30 out of nowhere the sound quality get muffled (after 30min to 45min) but this gets fixed by turning off then turning it back on again. The problem is presistent and random.
Initially i thought it was the connection to audio jack (AUX) loose but I tried using bluetooth it also has the same problem.
pleade advise how to resolve this issue. Thanks

Raven1983Hi , today I bought the new Sound Blaster Pro-Gaming Katana Speakers, but unfortunately I could not find the Aux cable in it and also the bluetooth pairing is not working. Please advice.
