AegyptiIf you are ok with tip down carry only, I think it is not a bad buy. steel is stranded Chinese budget steel, should be ok for daily usage.
IKBS is a pain to clean but it does give the knife good action. I personally do not like skeleton frame due to the "caught everything in your pocket" nature of it, but that just me with a lot things in my pocket.
Agreed. I think it's a little disingenuous to put a line about being a "...firm believer in American-made craftsmanship" in a description/advertisement and specifically NOT include anywhere the actual country of origin, though. That's just my opinion. Caveat emptor, sure, but I don't think it's unwarranted casting a little shade on massdrop for being a little, you know, shady. (FYI I still think I might buy one of these, I would just prefer they be more up front about it)
hags2kI can not careless about where it made in this day of age...Chinese products can be top quality as WE knives ect.
That being said...I do agree with you to the fact that Massdrop should have give all the info of the knife including where it has been made. Personally I don't care but there might be people really do care about it. customers should have the right to know all the information before they pay.
