Anyone know what material the handle is made out of? Is one plastic and one steel?

So in short the KZ has a metal handle that's "zytek" coated while the KS has a traditional steel handle from what I understand.

TongI don't think it's a coating. I think the scales are actually made out of zytel* with a steel liner on the inside.
