Received two of these knifes and one is defective out of the box and the other is very stiff to open, might loosen up a bit with use but hard on the fingers to open and close. Sent an email to support about the defective knife but have not had any response back. How long does it take for Massdrop to respond to support emails?

RockTrailAh, I guess a lot of people are having issues with the flipper not fully extending the blade. What was the defect in the other one?

MalthaelMy defective knife's locking metal piece that swings over to lock the blade open goes too far over and jams past the knife's butt end and I have to use a pry bar to push it back so I can close the blade. Also both of my knives are so stiff to open and close that I really can't use these as I was going to have these for a daily use folding pocket knives, opening and closing several time a day. Out of all the folding knives I own or have owned these are the worst ones to open and or close due to the amount of force required, becomes too painful on the fingers... oh well.
