Opening and closing have become a lot easier already just from repeatedly opening/closing for about an hour tonight while watching TV (it was impossible to open with the flipper thing at first, now its only slightly difficult). Haven't loosened any screws or anything yet. Just give it some time to break in before making definitive judgement.
