I was having similar problems as other users where the liner would end up going too far over if I would use the flipper to open it too hard, and then I had to use a screwdriver or something else to force the liner lock back over from its stuck position. I found a solution. On the side opposite the clip where the blade pivots around, there is a small screw looking thing that can be adjusted with a common flathead. Tighten it. This will make the knife harder to open with the flipper, but it will also bring the two halfs of the knife tighter together which adjusts the geometry in just such a way that the liner can't go "too far" and get stuck anymore. If you look, you can actually see the gap between the clip side of the knife where there's a little metal washer and the blade, and you can see how adjusting that screw opens or closes the gap. Once you close the gap enough, the liner lock will no longer get stuck no matter how hard you flip it open (I usually use a lot of wrist action to flip it). Ever since making that adjustment, the liner hasn't become stuck. Knife is a bit harder to open, but at least I know I won't need to grab another tool to close it again.
