To dmedvinsky The tracking number seems to not exist. If massdrop says there's no tracking, then fine, I'm ok with that.
If massdrop doesn't offer international tracking on this package, why did I get a nonexistant tracking number?
We are seeing a number of USPS First Class Canadian shipments that come with tracking numbers that aren't working properly. And we've been working with USPS to figure out why this is the case.
Rest assured, the shipment is definitely on its way. And it should arrive within the standard 7-14 days of transit time.
International shipment outside of US and Canada does not come with tracking number.
The number you have is the custom declaration form number. And depending on the service level your local custom office provide, sometimes you can use that as a reference number to check up on the status of the shipment within custom.
In any case, rest assured, your order is on its way, and should arrive within 3-4 weeks.
