I recently ordered this trackball form the previous drop. If you have small hands, stay away- as you're going to have to constantly have to position your hand around to hit the buttons. I have found this trackball is also not efficient for twitch-gaming(if you use high dpi for games) because of the ergonomics/design but is perfect for casual gaming and or browsing, however. If I were you, I would splurge on the 5W version given the odd chance you may need to mod an extra button or two in the future. It's what I did.
