Received mine today. Right out of the box the device doesn't track. Multiple computer tested with, no results, device is detected, drivers installed but the trackball does not actually record input with the cursor. CST says the board is more than likely at fault but didn't immediately offer any actual solutions other than to contact massdrop. Yikes.

vigilantxvxThat does sound like a faulty board or internal wiring/connector, as the unit doesn't require any special drivers/software to work as a basic 3-button+scroll mouse right out of the box; between CST and MD, I'd expect you should ultimately get offered a working unit in exchange.
