Has anyone else have one fail? I booted up my computer for the first time in a few days and nothing. I've tried changing usb ports with the same effect. All of my other mice and trackballs work without an issue.

emtebeMy PC didn't recognize it the first time but I unplugged and plugged back in another USB port and it's installed just fined in Windows 7. Then I plugged it back to the original USB port and it just worked.

emtebeI have a 1050, 1550 and 2545-5W and haven't had any problems like that. Maybe it was a power surge or something?
I'd take it apart and make sure the USB header is still plugged into the pcb ok. Have you tried plugging it into a different computer?
