I remember CustomArt having great CIEMs with amazing prices. What happened...
Custom One had an amazing price for entry now. Just like all the other companies, the more they grow, the more they sell, the worse is the pricing....
How so? Their current entry level FIBAE 1 is just slightly more expensive than the original Music One.
Also, this is their 2nd best model. The price is very competitive when you consider that this model is supposed to be an improvement over the famous Shure SE846.
Their prices in general have increased, but so has the quality of their products. I notice improvements in their artwork, build quality, and fit in the FIBAE 3 I ordered in Nov 2017, compared to the Music One I ordered in Oct 2015.
Sorry ? Seriously ?
Their FIBAE range is one of the cheapest CIEM range on the market.
Harmony 8.2 is their TOTL CIEM and cost about 1100€.
How did you come to the conclusion that it is getting more expensive ?
This FIBAE massdrop Edition is positioned between FIBAE 3 and 8.2, pricewise.
Of course it is still more expensive than previous Ei.XX drops since it is a Ei.XX / FIBAE crossover, but I think it is more than justified.
Go to their website and check prices against Noble, UE, Empire Ears or other "famous" CIEM brands. And then you can come back here and comment more objectively...
What was the price on this drop
