DomTheBombTake photos of your impressions in multiple angle and shoot them in a mail to info@thecustomart.com
They'll do quick check on your impressions and tell you if they're ok. Then send them to the lab.
Anw they won't process anything until massdrop confirmed your order. But the faster they get your impression, the more you ahead in production queue ;).

DaulagiriThanks for the info, I was wondering this too. I was going to call to schedule my appointment today but I got stuck at work late and they closed!
