Hi. I sent out the ear impressions over two weeks ago - closer to 3 weeks. I have pinged Piotr about 5 times and heard nothing. Anyone else having a similar experience?

madhockeydadAre you in the USA? If you shipped via USPS (non-express), it might take 2-4 business weeks. He'll let you know when he receives your IEMs! As far as communication with him, I believe he responds fastest to emails. Send an email to "info@thecustomart.com" and give it a day or two MAX (he'll probably respond on the same day. Besides that you just have to sit tight! Haha from experience the wait is the most nerve-wracking part :P

madhockeydadI am still waiting for the IEMs as you, but I think it's normal for this type of product. However, I had no problems to contact Piotr, indeed I exchanged many emails with him and he always answered in a few hours.
