I already have the dotspen. Is there any way to order the ink refill cartridges by themselves?

The battery pack and the way it is installed are the only weak point of this pen.
I say only, but that weak point is enough to ruin the pen. The battery pack doesn't have much of a life, 20-30 recharges maybe, assuming it lasts that long before the end cap pops off and breaks one of the wires connecting the battery.
The pen is in need of a V2.0.

does this have to use proprietary inks or can fountain pen ink be put in the refills?

mark89FP ink is unlikely to work, it looks like they use gel ink and the regular gel cap on the refills.
It might be possible to clean a cartridge and refill and seal it but a Fp ink might be still not work depending on what ink and the viscosity.
Don´t know the exact dimensions of the refill but one of the ones listed on this site might work https://refillfinder.com/pages/refill-size-guide It might even be able to find a ballpoint to rollerball converter with the right dimensions.

I received my pen and love it... except that after the third time I charged it, it won't turn on and it will not work even while plugged in. Has anyone else run into a similar problem?

I contacted CuttleLola and they did not have a fix for it. Fortunately, when I contacted Massdrop, I was refunded easily, unfortunately they did not have any more with which to replace it. I look forward to getting another one and I am hopeful that this pen doesn't die.

the description does not specify what color ink is included. Assume it is black?
I would also like to be able to order one of each of the other colors, but only seem to be able to choose 1.
Can this be updated?

As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 1/16.

Any way to add multiple refill packs? I only see a way to add additional pen + refill. I'd like to get one pen and a set of each refill color.
