Finally got the stock cable off and replaced with a Noble cable and the difference is significant I have a DigiZoid FS was running at 15 bass 29 treble and they were still dark after cable switch 30 bass and 15 treble with silicone med tips . My preference is the original cable but we all hear differently I can say without a doubt the cable does make a difference when I get home I will try the foam tips and another cable off my Heirs
