Interesting
I'm not sure how much I like tiles versus normal battlemaps, but its an interesting toy to play with.

Sturdy and reliable
these tiles brought a new level of enjoyment to the game rather than just playing on a matt with paper. I also like how they are similar to the tiles from Betrayal at house on the hill.

As a collector, these are staying in the shrink wrap on my shelf. Our group has a set we use regularly, and is a far cry better than hand-drawn grass, dungeons, etc. The only thing that would make it better would be if you could use wet- or dry-erase markers on them. Which you CAN do if you lay a clear transparent sheet over them. Overall, a good buy for the artistically-challenged (like myself).

I haven't actually used these yet but I have opened and looked through them. The quality is great; they seem durable and versatile.

Excellent price as always, and mhch quicker shipping than expected. The Wilderness tiles are a little disappointing and the city tiles were chosen to be printed unfortunately. There are five castle style 8x8 tiles, over 3 card stock pieces.

I haven't yet used these in real play, but they work just fine in testing. Despite their being so many tiles, it's an inevitability that you'll want to map something that the tiles can't. Consequently, I think these will be best used as a supplement to a standard battle mat. You can use the tiles for simple areas (like dungeons or minor villages) or when you want a little more flavor for an encounter. Then, you can use a mat for everything else. I've seen some discussion of using a clear mat to mark over the tiles which seems clever to me. The tiles are versatile but not infinitely so. You'll want some way to increase your options unless you're content with letting your tile collection dictate where your campaign goes.

I really like these. As a DM it has already been really useful when doing a random encounter. The sewer tiles allowed me to have a lot of fun with my guys as they sneaked into a city trying not to get lost through the sewer system. My only knock on the tiles is that I wish they had a small number on them somewhere so that I could map out the ones I want to place then just write down the order. The players can only see so far sometimes so I think that little thing would help a DM unfold the map as they scamper about a little better. The graphics are fantastic and this is a fantastic resource for DM's. If you are a player, gift this to your DM. They will appreciate it and the time saved not preparing maps.

Lots of high quality tiles. I recommend DMs punch out the cards ahead of time and organize them. In my experience it was a little cumbersome to fish out the right tile I wanted. I won't deduct a star though from this since it's really the DM's (my) problem.

The tiles look great so far (only opened the city one so far). Gave them to my DM can't wait to see them in use.
