I'm not sure how good WalMart is at divulging country of origin.
Amazon isn't good at it either.
For me that mec.ca site is a bit too expensive but one thing I can say about them is that they seem to always state the country of origin. I keep them bookmarked specifically for that reason. :-)
ETA that when I said mec.ca is a bit too expensive, I may have misspoke. When I (in USA) visit mec.ca, I see prices in Canadian dollar. Converting to US dollar may (or may not) make their price competitive.
