I have a Schitt Jotunheim, but am looking to also get a tube amp for my headphones. Whats your guys thoughts on using my jotunheim as a pre to this, and then running my audioengine A5 off of this tube amp?

I own both of those amplifiers and have the A5+ at my office, if I were to use all of them I'd personally use the DV as a pre for the Jotunheim rather than the other way around but you can always test the setups out for yourself and go with whatever you personally prefer.

Awesome thanks for the feedback. Reason I would be using the Jotunheim for pre is because of the built in DAC, as I am running it off my PC. I am still deciding between this DV336 and the LD MKIII so Ill see what I end up going with. Cheers!

Ah yea I see, that makes sense then, I completely forgot about the module because I have just the amp without one as I already owned a Gungnir multibit stacked with my Mjolnir 2 before that.
I'd probably go with the DV personally as with Massdrop buyer protection and whatnot it'd be a lot more manageable if something is to go wrong rather than having to deal with a Chinese company such as LD directly.
Best of luck!

I don't feel qualified to answer that, sorry, I reside in Europe so my version is not the 110v. Best of luck working it out though!
