I have contacted customer support . They have no answer and are having there logistics team look into it. I'm a little upset considering i sent email two days ago and yesterday June 19th was estimated shipping date.
Today is June 20th-the day after the estimated shipping date. I understand this date is an estimate but I have sent an inquiry requesting an update to customer support. I will share their response time and content. Hope these units ship soon.

I finally received a response from Cust. Support and below is the response. Yeehaw!

Based on the information I'm able to see from our warehouse, I can tell that these units have been received. Meaning an update is quite likely to go out very soon. Thank you for your patience while we work to address the group.
That's good news! Whew. Glad things are moving along. Not comfortable not hearing anything from them about what is going on. Would be good if they started sharing that information before people start getting anxious and sending inquiries but good to hear.
