JobstCould you attach a couple of photos of the psu and circuit board inside?
Most likely the PSU is of low quality/design and wasn't meant to handle Oz "The Great & Powerful" 240V T_T

My first one had a weird hum in one channel constantly, and the replacement I got blew a fuse immediately on turning on. I'm wondering if it might just be something up with the 240 V transformer in the PSU, or maybe I'm just unlucky.
