It's my first drop and l find it odd that there has been no confirmation of despatch, or failing that no reasons given for delay. And, hints of quality issues are not reassuring either.

How do you know when an item has been shipped? Does it appear in the "Transactions" menu item?

Go ahead and click on your profile and choose "transactions". It will show under the drop status of the specific product.

I ordered from Massdrop and my Darkvoice has ZERO issues. Massdrop has their own quality control. Be confident. I had the same worries but I've been super happy for months now after receiving it. If you're curious about your order check the "Transactions" menu. They will send you Email notifications and it will change to "shipped" on that screen.
