I'm sorry but <2% is NOT low distortion! Low distortion is in the order of .02% or less. Just because it has a tube does not make it good.

if you want low distortion, look at solid states

Depends on the frequency range, generally speaking. <2% @20Hz isn't exactly 'great', but somewhat okay-ish. All technical issues beside: That's a tube amp, for Pete's sake. It will distort - that's its sole purpose.
