I have had the darkvoice since march, still loving it.. Have had no issues, didn't have any hum issues with the stock tubes but I put better ones in anyhow.. This thing will sound as good as you want depending on how much money you are willing to put into the tubes.. I definitely recommend the DarkVoice 335E to any budding audiophile..

Which tubes did you replace with? Mine just came in the mail and I immediately started looking up tubes.

I have used a few, some NOS RCA and few others, these were the best IMO.. And they weren't outrageously expensive..
