What about Israel? And can someone please explain why the need for two tubes? Is one for the headphone output and the other for the RCA output? Which tube has which role? Thanks

BaTou0696AS7 is the power tube and the 6SN7 is the driver tube. Both of them matter for how the sound will be reproduce. YMMV depending on type of tubes you pair it with and what headphones you use.

The design employs both tubes, even for a preamp setup.
