Great socks. I used them on a recent overnight hike and they were very comfortable and warm. Unfortunately I got wet at a stream crossing and tried to dry them out next to the fire. Bad move, burned the toe off one of them. I didn't want to loose the sock so when I got home I sewed them back up and so far I can't even tell the difference. These socks have so much cushion that the sew job doesn't matter. Love them.

Size up to accommodate thick toe and underfoot cushion

Love Darn Tough socks. These particular ones however, have more cushion in the forefoot and should be sized up. If shoes are a lil too roomy up front, these socks will most definitely fill that space.

Expensive but worth it for a good sock that breathes well. I use them for crossfit and the wicking properties are fantastic. The socks don't seem to wear out. I have not needed to test the warranty but I will be curious to see how long it takes to wear a pair of these out. It also helps with foot odor by keeping your feet dry.
