I want one of these very badly but I have a rev2 Preonic and it won't fit according to everything I read.

xDchoisauceNo, but lubing your springs will. Also adding some kind of dampening material under the PCB will help.

chris_tanWell, this might be hard to believe but that was an error on my website. The Preonic case should have been more expensive than the Planck case as it takes wood pieces that are harder to get.

I have a Massdrop Preonic in my hand, but the screw is not aligned and I can't wear it.
I'd like to know the size of the screw to match it.
In this Massdrop, all materials such as PCB and case are fastened with a single screw, so it cannot be matched to the Hardwood Case.

@Datamancer Hi, I just received my case from the prior drop last week for the Preonic Rev2 fit.
The case looks great but there is no mounting hardware... Was that intentional? Based on the pics, I assumed the standoffs and screws to secure them would be part of the case. If they were in fact not included, can you tell me what size standoff fits this case best?
Second questions, seeing the tall vs normal questions on newer drop, will the case I have fit uniform row 3 SA caps?

Guggelhupf21I was curious about this myself and was able to find this picture: https://i1.wp.com/datamancer.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/TallvsReg.jpg?fit=1000%2C667&ssl=1 I would assume its only a difference in regards to the height of the lid for people using high profile keycaps. I wouldn't take my word for it though as I could easily be wrong.

EvilCarniYou are correct. Only the lid is of a different height. Standard will only fit keycaps of standard keycaps height or lower, while tall fits up to SA keycaps height.
