Oh wow. I really want this watch. I don't know if I can justify this purchase with myself right now though. I love the orange hands version. I also love how the numbers are so legible. Anyone have any first hand experience with the lume on this watch? Is it any good and what does it look like?

soulbrothaThe orange lume glows almost white with a hint of orange. The numerals are clear and crisp in darkness. That said, orange lume is not extremely bright. In general, green lume and blue lume glow the brightest and they appear white in normal lighting.

ChristopherJThanks for the response. Any chance you could post a picture or video of the lume on this watch? Also, how durable are PVD coatings on watches? I'd hate for the color to wear off after some time on the wrist.

soulbrothaHere's a picture of the lume. It should give you a general idea of the color, but please know that this is a terrible picture that I shot. It's hard to photograph lume without the right camera settings. It's a lot more vivid and bright in person, but it's simply just not captured by the camera.

The PVD is a pretty standard TiCN coating that is used on most PVD coated watches. It's pretty hard and relatively durable. I haven't worn this watch for an extended period of time, so I can't comment with first hand experience of how it will hold up over a long period of time.
