Are previous owners experiencing similar issues as "sconcin" with paint peeling off of letters on the bezel?
Comparing the pics of Ternos (40mm) Vs. Ternos Pro (42mm) it appears that the Dots on the Pro is larger & whiter than the Ternos. Is it a correct assumption?

I too have heard of issues with the paint "peeling" off. That said, I suspect the issue to be related to just the Ternos 40mm. For the 42mm Pro, the paint on the etched ceramic is actually BGW9 lume paint and has an entirely separate adhesive properties (think paint being latex paint, and lume being more glue-like).
Also the lume compound on the indices for of the Ternos 40mm is not BGW9, I think its actually C3 Lume (hence the yellowish color and greenish glow). BGW9 is also used on the indices for the 42mm Pro, which is whiter by comparison (and blue glow). It has been indicated, however, that the BGW9 does not glow as brightly, but it does last just as long and is noticeable in the night none-the-less.

Based on my discussion with a dealer few months back, apart from the size they‘re identical.

I will be returning the watch, since it has also lost the whole "20" from the bezel. It looks like I picked up this watch from the trash where someone tossed it :( Of course Massdrop now not only will not refund me the $109 I spent to have it repaired once, but I have to pay to have the watch sent back, because I have "enjoyed" it for more than 1 year. This situation is as enjoyable as a root canal. I am puzzled that there are 235 people that are interested in this watch.... they are in for a rude surprise if they actually wear it for any length of time. I have owned other, much cheaper, watches with a rotating bezel, and none exhibited the quality problems of this one. Stay away.

I owned the Ternos for over a year before I sold it, which I regret. I found the quality to be exceptional, and better then the Christopher Ward, which I just sold. I plan on buying a Ternos again, I suspect your watch is a fluke, which is too bad.

I liked the quality too, since the bezel is very sturdy and the Stainless steel case did not scratch easily or at all. However the company did not do a good job to ensure that the paint stays in the pockets that they grooved into the ceramic. I shipped the watch back yesterday, eating another $30 for shipping to the east coast with UPS. Insane ! I am back in the hunt for a replacement, but this one will not have a rotating bezel.

Well, it's been a few weeks since I received the watch and it has already lost its first tick. This is basically adding insult to injury. I am going to reach out to my credit card company and see what my options are. It is EMBARRASSING to go around with "snaggle tick marks".

200 is supposed to be the number of votes required. We're beyond that now. Is there someone we can contact to get this drop initiated (or find out what the holdup is)? Does anyone know?

There is no magic number that will initiate a drop. User interest is important of course, but there needs to be stock available at the right price as well.
