Sam.1The items come from Massdrop. You'll get a box that says Massdrop on it, much like an Amazon box. I've gotten a couple things from Massdrop. I usually get the box 3 days after the email stating everything has shipped.
I'm not 100% on this but I believe warranty issues are handled through Massdrop not Davosa, or any other vendor.

Sam.1@Turkishfried In this case, the watches are coming from Davosa USA and the 2-year warranty will be covered by them.

ChristopherJWarranty is covered by Davosa Germany. I had to send them my watch to be repaired. Watch out for shipping fees !!!! I had to spend 20% of the value of the watch to get it there.

In researching Massdrop, I have not found comments from people AFTER receiving an item. Anyone here that has?
