Hey guys,
There won't be any sizing exercises like Dayton has on their website for this drop. Here's an excerpt regarding sizing that would be helpful from the vendor:
"The 11377 last or Service last we use fits quite sleek and snug. If the customer has fairly normal feet (not to wide and with a fairly normal arch/instep), generally the conversion on sizing is one size below the North American brannock size. For example a 10 in Nike or Vans more often than not fits our 9E Service boot. If the customer has wide feet we would suggest sizing up a half size to the 9.5E. A lot of people who buy our Service boot already have Alden shoes in their collection. In my experience the Alden Barrie or Trubalance last fit very similar to our Service last. So if the customer knows he is a 9 in the Alden Barrie or Trubalance last they should fit well into our 9E Service boot."
For this drop, Dayton and Massdrop will be open to exchanges if sizing was the issue. However, the user will have to pay for shipping and their exchange order will be slotted into Dayton's production line up, which could take anywhere from 8 to 16 weeks.
Thanks.

kunalkumarSo basically that means you have to guess your size based on a vague description, then drop $400 and pray. Ouch. I can't imagine someone who hasn't ever tried these on before going for that.
