I would like to use it an external dac through 4.4mm to dual xlr. However, the amp impedance is around 1000ohm. I am curious about how much power this dac will supply (Vrms, MW). Any idea?
If this has the sound quality of (and is smaller than) FiiO BTR5, I would eventually consider it. The price difference between both is very small though, not sure if it's worth it over the BTR5?
so Drop hasn't even shipped out the last drop of this DAC/AMP.. and that was way back on Dec 19th... thats 2 months ago.... come on now... why? why? do I buy on Drop... why?
I messed up and must have added this to my cart and when I ordered some keyboard stuff paid for this too.
I am not too annoyed but... What is 4.4mm? My headphones are either 3.5 or 6.3... What do I do with this thing? 2.5mm is such an annoying connector size and 4.4mm I have never even heard of. I am just screwed?
ZibobSo I received the ddHiFi 4.4mm to 3.5mm unbalanced adapter, connected it to the TC44B, and it works great with my Klipsch x11i earbuds, so far.
I note: when I use the TC44B with the adapter to playback lower quality streams, it stays room temp, but when I use it to playback FLAC and higher quality streams, it warms up a bit. I would not describe it as TOO warm, but it warms to the touch.
So far so good with the adapter, though.
