I bought into this one as my first massdrop. I thought that this would be a good way to test how these things go before starting to spend more money here.
I didn't really save that much by buying here and now I can find these games on the shelves of my local shops. With that in mind, and the fact that there is no real news on if this is getting shipped to me within this decade, I would like a refund.
I almost certainly won't be purchasing anything else on Massdrop, ever. This is my only experience with them and I'm completely dissatisfied. They had no problem taking my money, but when it comes to getting me my order or news about when my order is coming they don't seem to care.
I'd like my money back please. I'll take that and walk into a store and buy these same products.

Make sure you send a message in to support. As you can see, they aren't really keeping track of these discussion pages very well.

Trust me, I feel the same way. I originally planned to play during a break for university with friends but that chance has long gone. I've been wanting a refund for a while. And yet they havent responded at all except some generic ones.

Unfortunately even the support group wont offer a refund. Seems really sketchy to me, sorely disappointed as my first drop.

They actually offered me a refund, but made it seem like they are doing me a HUGE favor for giving me my money back for a product that they can't deliver on. Thanks Massdrop /s. You fail in every way, but you're willing to help me out by giving me a refund for services and product not rendered. I'm just going to dispute the charge with my bank.

I would argue with their terms listed in their help center. https://helpdesk.massdrop.com/hc/en-us/articles/217618637-Why-did-Massdrop-cancel-the-drop- The bullet "The estimated ship date provided by the vendor is no longer accurate and the updated ship date is unreasonable." Should help you out depending on what they determine as"unreasonable".
