I may not write off Massdrop completely because of one abysmal (and this really has been) experience, because I've had good experiences with Massdrop in the past. However, someone at Massdrop has to somehow show some real effort to make this right for all of us who joined this drop.

chestnutwell I dont know if this is normal but throughout this whole discussion they have not answered anything really, and they just give us pointless updates (not even on time). They dont really say anything about this abysmal service either.

HappyXDYes. I am frustrated with the copy and paste "responses" or "updates" with this drop. I wish the staff in charge of this drop could have been a little more forthcoming with on-time updates that are more than just the genericlly scripted "we don't know, please wait longer" responses, and actually address some of the questions posted by us customers. I've been very disappointed with the "customer service" related to this drop.
