My order arrived today. No bonus character. This is quite upsetting because the Rich Sommer character card was clearly displayed in the pictures when I joined the drop. if Massdrop had made it known (answered any one of the many questions asked about this), I would have preordered it directly from Plaid Hat to get the character.

chestnutDitto. Received mine on 9/7. No Rich Sommer here either. @elimelendez Can we get a Massdrop comment about that?

chestnutSame thing here as well. I am happy to have received the game (finally) - albeit with no pre-order characters (which I was kinda hoping for).

T218I doubt they will comment. They barely communicated with us during the entire process and wouldn't answer that question beforehand. I'm sure they are just happy to have the product in our hands, so they can wash theirs and be rid of us. We MIGHT get one more very vague response, saying all orders have been shipped. If its anything like what we've gotten previously... We won't be impressed. I made sure to leave a nice rating and comment about this experience. I'm glad to have it, but disappointed on so many other levels.

DjfreaxxxThe Rich Sommers card was visible through most, if not all of the active drop period. It's removed now, but I don't know when they did that, as I've been away since mid June. The point of whether or not it's removed now is moot - if Massdrop knew the answer, they should have at least clearly answered one of the several posted questions in this discussion section. Quietly removing the picture and not giving a clear answer isn't considered "clear communication" in any way, and as far as I can recall, I checked those pictures pretty frequently during the active drop period to see if they removed it, and it was still posted.
