i ordered 25 units of this items, hoping to get the free shipping if ordering 20 unit and above. but the order somehow was split into 2 order of 12 and 13 unit respectively, and of course i got charged with shipping for both those orders.
can this be rectify to be in a single order of 25 unit so that i can get the free shipping ? Thanks in advance.
