So everyone knows. My binder showed up with loose rings and some damaged pages. Massdrop support asked a lot of me with pictures and things and stuff. They didnt have enough product to out and out replace the setup. They also didnt answer me about whether or not the loose rings were normal or not. Basically every time i turn the pages they try to come out of the rings. I have to be super careful about turning the pages. Several of the pages had broken ring holes and some had damage to the pockets. In several areas of the clear side of the pockets there was what looks to be paper melted into the clear plastic. They offered for me to ship all this back to them to exchange the binder and some of the pages. I was not told if i had to pay to ship it back or if they would provide me a shipping label. I have no box to ship it back in right now and I was thinking about what i wanted to do as i had fully loaded all the pages with all my most prized cards. After a mere 3 days of not getting back to them with my decision they closed my case. This thing still works but i have to be ultra careful turning pages. Not super impressed with Massdrop or DeckTutor with this one. I have 9 of the DeckTutor FOUR binders and after a couple of months of just me looking through them on occasion many of the pockets are ripping and at least one of the pages has almost clean ripped out of the binder. The clear plastic side loading pockets are ripping open on a couple of them. I still like them as they are sadly the best solution for 4 row card storage. However given all this weird experience, buyer beware.
